Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Easttech Escapes we understand that there are multiple situations that do not allow us to continue with the plans we had in mind, for this reason (and for you to take it into account), we present our cancellation and refund policy.

● If you must cancel your trip or reservation, this must be presented in writing and sent to our email info@easttech.world; attaching all the information regarding the holder of the trip or reservation.

Please Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS MADE BY TELEPHONE OR ANY OTHER CHANNELS OTHER THAN MENTIONED ABOVE (info@easttech.world).

● The cancellation charges will be calculated from the day the receipt and approval of said document is notified.

● Any applicable refund will be returned in the same way in which the payment was made, and this has a period of 30 days for its return.

● About the cancellation policy:

❖ Reservations will be made effective with the advance payment of 50% of the total value of the plan purchased.

❖ Balance due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required if less than 45 days.

➔ More than 120 days before the reservation, the deposit is returned less bank charges

➔ 120 days to 45 days -20% deposit lost

➔ 44 days to 31 days - 50% lost

➔ Less than 30 days (and no presentation) - 100% lost

❖ If you do not show up, if you cancel your plan/accommodation or trip after the departure date, or if you leave a trip already in progress, you will not receive any refund for the unused portion of your trip.

There is no right to return for unused services.

Like mentioned before, changes to the liability clause can only be made in writing and signed by an officer of Easttech Escapes shown including US$500 administrative fee.

❖ All cancellations made after twelve days of booking are subject to a non-refundable fee of US$500 per person.

❖ Cancellations made within 12 days of booking will be subject to the same fee, unless the reason for cancellation given at the time of cancellation is your rejection of these Terms and Conditions. This $500 fee reflects only Easttech Escapes costs to manage a reservation.

● Do we share any information with outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

● Reservation changes

❖ If you make changes to your reservation that affect the departure city or make changes to your departure date or destination, it will be treated as a cancellation and applicable cancellation charges will apply. Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation charges.

❖ You will be responsible for confirming your international flight back to your home country and for your own transfers to the airport.
